The Aachener Brauhaus is Aachen's large, cozy traditional restaurant with 200 seats. Hot kitchen service from 12:00 noon with Aachen specialties such as Sauerbraten or Puttes as well as hearty German home cooking - pork knuckles, mixed grill platters, schnitzel and salad plates. The restaurant at Kapuzinergraben has been owned by Böse GmbH since 2008 and continues the tradition of the former Degraa Brauhaus at the theatre.
