Aachen's first and only traditional and authentic Japanese ramen restaurant in the heart of the city. Instead of flavour enhancers and ready-made powder, the owners rely on fresh and regional products as well as specialities imported directly from Japan. The broths are cooked fresh daily, all pastes and sauces are homemade. There are both chicken and pork ramen as well as a vegetarian veggie miso variant.
