Eiscafé Serafin in Aachen has stood for traditional ice cream production in its third generation since 1951. The family from the Italian town of Forno di Zoldo makes their ice cream with fresh ingredients without ice cream powder, including milk from the farm. On Pontstraße, ice cream sundaes, ice cream specialities and drinks are offered; a mobile ice cream cart can also be rented.
