Die Carlsburg is a historic panoramic restaurant on the Paschenberg in Falkenberg (Mark), run by the Steinert family for three generations. A popular excursion destination in Brandenburg since 1838, it offers seasonal German cuisine, game and fish dishes, and vegetarian and vegan options. Terrace with views over the Oderbruch, homemade cake and organic ice cream from their own manufactory.
