Hassberger Genusswerkstatt combines craftsmanship, culinary arts and hospitality on the site of an old nursery. The restaurant offers traditional and modern cuisine with regional, seasonal ingredients; the courtyard café serves coffee, homemade cakes and ice cream from its own manufactory.
