Restaurant Schröder's in Keitum on Sylt has been combining French and Nordic cuisine for a year under the motto "Simply delicious". Owner Sarah Schröder and head chef Lennart Schaube serve a croissant breakfast with freshly squeezed juices and coffee from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and from 12 p.m. onwards a variety of daily specials and a fine wine selection.
