485Grad is a pizza & wine bar with Neapolitan pizza following the traditional Verace Pizza Napoletana method. The dough ferments for 72 hours and is baked at 485 degrees in about 60 seconds. At several locations in Cologne and Düsseldorf, fresh, regional and seasonal ingredients, homemade pasta, and an extensive wine list are offered. The concept combines Neapolitan simplicity with high quality and sustainable standards.
