Gilden im Zims Brewery is located in the heart of Cologne's Old Town at Heumarkt. Behind historic walls - more than 550 years old - it combines lived Cologne history with brewery cuisine. In the "Homeland of Cologne Heroes", well-known and lesser-known Cologne originals are united with many memorabilia. On four levels and two terraces, up to 1,000 people can find a place in a modern, typically Cologne-style brewery.
