Pala

Slow oven cooked potatoes, peppers and aubergines with herbs, placed on a soft Greek pita bread with tzatziki, cherry tomatoes, pickled onions and parsley.

Chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, on top of lollo rosso leaves, chickpeas, feta cheese and a Kalamata olive. Dressed with Greek pomegranate balsamic, extra virgin olive oil and oregano. Served with soft pita bread or sourdough bread.
