Baiermühle

The Baiermühle is located in the heart of the nature reserve and is the former castle mill of Hornberg Castle. For decades, a restaurant has been operated here – today as a country café with regional cuisine and regional products from the Black Forest. Cakes and pastries are made from their own spelt flour in season. The rebuilt waterwheel generates electricity. Terraces in front of and behind the house invite you to linger.
