Zum Bierkönig in Althengstett near Calw is Baden-Württemberg's first barrel village with a charming experiential dining concept. In addition to the shooting lodge with its cosy parlour and fireplace room, heated wooden barrels for 6–8 people and a beer garden in the middle of the forest offer space for eating, drinking and celebrating.
