The Gasthaus Lamm in Waldenweiler near Althütte has been a traditional family-run business since 1818. The kitchen offers hearty, traditional and varied dishes with fresh ingredients and time-honoured recipes. Rustic and seasonal dishes are served in a cozy atmosphere. Since 2022, Kai and Katrin Heinrich have been running the business in the third generation.
