Restaurant JOSEPH'S is located in the modern Rheinauhafen in Cologne, right on the Rhine. The kitchen under the direction of Sebastian Ostlender offers South German and Austrian classics such as Original Wiener Schnitzel, Backhendl and Kaiserschmarrn. The weather-protected terrace with views over the Rhine to the Siebengebirge is particularly popular. Open for lunch and dinner, with a lunch menu Monday to Friday.

The Jever Stube is a traditional restaurant in Westerland on Sylt. Since March 2020 it has been run by Andre and Lilly Meyerhoff, who have modernized the venue and kitchen and redesigned the dining room. Head chef Balima Inoussa designs the menu to match the new concept. The restaurant offers German and regional cuisine in a cozy atmosphere.

Restaurant Strönholt is located in the south of the island of Sylt with views of the North Sea, the Budersand golf course and the Sylt dunes. It serves the best of fish and meat with products from northern Germany, seasonal menus and daily recommendations. In the evening, freshly caught fish, shellfish and mussels dominate the menu; meat and vegetables are also well represented. In the Knights' Hall (up to 50 guests), Roman antiquities are integrated into the décor. The kitchen focuses on fresh ingredients, traditional and regional dishes as well as cuisine from around the world. The house is home to one of the last authentic bowling alleys in Cologne. Since 1992, guests have been treated to home cooking and changing lunch and dinner menus.

Reblaus Wine & Dine is a bistro restaurant right on the Keitum Watt on Sylt. During the day, light bites and classics are served; from 6 p.m. there are daily changing evening recommendations – the chefs come to the table and cater to individual wishes. Cooking is done with fresh, where possible organic-certified ingredients from producers on the island, including ancient varieties of vegetables. The outdoor terrace with fire tables and cosy dining room invite you to stay.

In the heart of Cologne's Belgian Quarter, between Aachener Straße and Brüsseler Platz, Restaurant Belgischer Hof has been tucked away in a courtyard since 2009.
