Restaurant Am Steinbruch in Hilter is a tradition-conscious business with 130 years of quarry history. During the renovation, the ambiance was designed to match the region and the surrounding area. There is a playground for young guests, and the house also hosts alpacas. From Friday to Sunday, coffee and homemade cake are served. A large proportion of the products come from the region. Guests can feel at home in the beer garden and inside the restaurant.
