Bolten's Deele in Wiedensahl is a traditional inn with regional German cuisine. The offer includes party catering with delivery and setup, catering for private and corporate events, as well as menus for bus tour operators. On Fridays there is currywurst with fries, on Sundays schnitzel to take away. During the kale season, hearty kale with smoked sausage, Kasseler and roast is served. Groups and club celebrations are welcome.
