The Brunnenwärterhaus in Bad Nauheim is a restaurant offering traditional and authentic German cuisine in a green, natural setting. It is part of the Wetterau regional food initiative and relies on regional products from local producers. The cozy restaurant atmosphere and the "English Garden of the Wetterau" provide space for festive menus, events, and weddings. Head chef Wolfgang Glaum and his team use meat from the Philippi butcher's, turkey from Marienhof, potatoes from Dorheim, and their own apple juice as well as honey from their own beekeeping.
