Die Scheuer is a restaurant in a historic half-timbered house in the heart of Hofheim am Taunus. Swabian roots meet French influence, traditional craftsmanship meets modern interpretations. For almost 40 years, guests have been welcomed in the former "Hammelsche Scheune" (Hammel's Barn) from the 17th century.
