The AUGUSTIN is star chef Eric Werner's second restaurant in Cologne, opened in 2022 in the listed Kolpinghaus building from 1904. The kitchen combines German, classic French and Mediterranean influences into a "focused provisions cuisine" – easy to understand, refined and perfectly to the point. In the dining room, guests dine under a romantic lamp garden; outside, a picturesque courtyard with 90 seats invites you to linger.
