Description
Since 1907, the Pöttgen family has been running the restaurant in Cologne in its fourth and fifth generation. Master chef Wolfgang Pöttgen shapes German cuisine with in-house creations and classic recipes. In 2023, the establishment was awarded the "Die Besten" prize in the gastronomy category. Dishes are prepared fresh daily; many components such as soups, sauces and desserts are made in-house.
