Das Edelfrei in Bamberg is a wine-café-bar with fine delicacies and at the same time a classic wine shop in the historic Aufseßpalais (sandstone building from the 18th century). The focus is on German wine, especially young winemakers from various wine-growing regions. There is a changing open wine selection, upscale cuisine with regional and international accents, as well as the possibility to enjoy or purchase wines and gourmet food on site. Culture, art and enjoyment are brought together through changing exhibitions.
