The Bautzen Brewery has been brewing beer in Bautzen again since 1996 - in the brewhouse with visible copper kettles in the brewery restaurant. The Bautzen Brewery is an inn and beer garden with room for up to 60 people indoors and about 80 in the beer garden under chestnut trees. Food and drinks from the menu as well as weekday specials are served; brewery tours, a bowling alley and indoor minigolf are also available.
