The ingredients are layered in fireproof porcelain pots, topped with sauce and cheese, and baked at 400 degrees in a special oven. Homemade yogurt-based sauces and in-house developed recipes shape the menu. The offer includes starters, casseroles, flammkuchen and desserts; lunch specials and a children's menu. All casseroles can also be ordered to take away.
