Der Auflauf in Würzburg has been specializing in casseroles and flammkuchen (Alsatian flatbread) since 1991. The ingredients are layered in fireproof porcelain pots, topped with sauce and cheese, and baked at 400 degrees in a special oven. Homemade yogurt-based sauces and in-house developed recipes shape the menu. The offer includes starters, casseroles, flammkuchen and desserts; lunch specials and a children's menu. All casseroles can also be ordered to take away.
