Aachen's first and only traditional and authentic Japanese ramen restaurant in the heart of the city. Instead of flavour enhancers and ready-made powder, the owners rely on fresh and regional products as well as specialties imported directly from Japan. The broths are cooked fresh daily; all pastes and sauces are homemade. There are chicken and pork ramen as well as a vegetarian veggie miso variant.
